Decide Yourself: Job or Business?

After you complete your elementary education when it comes to the work then there are only three choices left for you. One “Flourish your own business, if you have money to invest”, second “grab a job” then your third choice might be “Save some money from job and then start a business”. As per my point of view, I consider Business over Job always. Let us see why Business has an upper hand over job?
LIMIT ON MONEY? SERIOUSLY NO!
As everyone knows that people work to live a happy and prosperous life and that requires “money”. Business certainly don’t have any limit on money. If you are having a job then there you will get a fixed monthly salary for your inputs to the organisation and some increment only after consistent efforts after a year and that too unpredictable. You can get as much profit as you want with your hard work in Business. You may also earn multiple times more than a salaried person.
NO TIME RESTRICTIONS
In a job, you have to report daily to your employer, spent 8-9 hours working there and then return home feeling tired; while in business time choice is completely yours and manage it accordingly for family and work.
BE YOUR OWN BOSS
You don’t have to wait for a “Yes” from the boss to implement a new idea in Business, also whether your new idea is liked or not liked by your boss, that’s a big issue also. You can go beyond the limits and rules to make your business successful. In a job, you don’t have to make your own decision, you just to follow order from boss, otherwise you’ll get fired for this reason also.
SAY BYE-BYE TO RETIREMENT
In Job you have to retire from your work after retirement age. If you have a job then what will be the source of your income after your retirement? You have to end-up with your savings and investment instruments. On the other note till the retirement age, your business would have been grown to multiple times, you don’t have to think for any source of income as you have already things in place to work for you.

Certainly you are one-level up when you owe a business which is having a very famous brand name resulting finally in building your self-esteem and self-identity realization. You will leave an impact on people who are in touch with you.

You can plan for your holidays with family and friends as and when you want without any effect on your business, while in job, you will hardly find any time for vacations. In fact, you need to ask and inform your boss about your leaves and manage accordingly irrespective of your mood.

In business you will also learn how to run a team to get the best results for you. You will also learn how to satisfy clients to make them work with you permanently.
So we recommend you that get a job after your education for couple of years, then save money for business and get experience which will help in making your own business and life successful later.
