A Simple yet Mind Blowing DIY Home Remedy for Gallstones

Studies and research suggest that about 20% of the world’s population stand the risk of developing gallstones in the gallbladder at some point in their lives. This figure, however, does not take into account the large number of stones that collect in the liver and liver ducts, given the fact that these stones are produced in the liver and they move down to the gallbladder.
Have you ever experienced a gallbladder attack? There is nothing quite as painful, is there? Well, thankfully, I have found something that actually works, is not at all invasive and best of all, I get to keep my gallbladder!

Home Remedies for Gallstones Flush

My True Experience

My first attack was when I was pregnant with my son and had just polished off an entire pizza on my own – talk about a high-fat meal! It was not a lot of fun, in fact, it was one of the most painful experiences I had ever had. Being an ardent health column reader, I knew for a fact that I was a prime candidate for a gallbladder surgery. From all my reading, I knew that it was not an easy procedure – I also knew that I did not want it whatsoever! While I was looking for an alternative to gallbladder surgery, I was introduced to a gallbladder cleanse, also known as a gallbladder flush, by a friend.
I have used the recipe for the gallbladder cleanse (which I will give below) as required continuously and successfully. Before I started the GAPS diet, I used the cleanse no more than once a year. What surprised me was that soon after I started the GAPS diet, the gallbladder attacks intensified. This lasted the first 8 to 10 months. I did the gallbladder cleanse every month during this time. I do not know exactly why, but the GAPS diet seemed to intensify the issues I had with my gallbladder when I first began with it. It was not functioning the way it should have! However, I did not give up and stayed steadfast with my diet and cleansing routine.
And, am I glad I did! Now, with the GAPS diet’s healing powers, I have gained a lot of relief and it is almost
unnecessary to do the gallbladder cleanse.

A Little Bit About Gallbladder Surgery

Now, before I give out the magical gallbladder cleanse recipe, let us talk a little about gallbladder surgery. Did you know that close to 1 million gallbladders are removed every year? Yes, this is a fact! The procedure of removing the gallbladder is called Cholecystectomy. Of the 1 million cholecystectomies that are performed every year, it is estimated that only a few thousand gallbladders actually need to be removed.
Unfortunately, as much as 50% of patients continue to experience pain after getting their gallbladder removed. Instead of treating the symptoms, I believe more care should be taken to listen for the warning signs and find out why the gallbladder is not functioning as it should and why it is having problems. I found that a great way to relieve the worrisome congestion in the gallbladder is to use a gallbladder flush or cleanse.
While I am no medical practitioner and do not have any qualifications to give out medical advice, I do want to share what has effectively relieved my pain and other gallbladder symptoms. The recipe below is one that I have used since I had my first gallbladder attack in 2011. Whenever I begin to feel pain in my right side, just under the ribs, I use the cleanse. Once you have this type of pain, you recognize it immediately. I do not usually experience severe pain – because I use the cleanse before it can get too bad – I have delayed the cleanse a few times and had vomiting, nausea, and severe pain. These are all relieved with the gallbladder cleanse and gallstone passage.

DIY Recipe for Gallbladder Cleanse

Here are step-by-step instructions to help you make the best use of the cleanse and gain relief from pain and
other symptoms.

  • First, drink 1 qt. of apple juice every day for 5 days. Do this in combination with your regular diet.
Apple juice contains limonoid which is highly effective in softening gallstones and alleviating any pain
    you experience.

On the 6th day:

  • Do not eat anything after 6 pm.
  • At 6 pm, take 1tbsp of Epsom salt with a glass of water. Make you stir it well. I hate the taste so I just
take a big, deep breath and gulp it down quickly!
  • At 8 pm, repeat the step mentioned above.
  • At 10 pm, mix 4oz. of olive oil and 4oz. of lemon juice and drink.
  • Go to bed and in the morning, any gallstone that you may have will be passed.

In my experience, I have bright gallstones of different sizes visible in the toilet. With the Epsom salt, you get an effective laxative that helps in eliminating gallstones from the intestinal tract. If, like me, you have experienced, and still are, excruciating pain because of problems with your gallbladder, you should definitely give this gallbladder cleanse a try. While, there are many other gallstone home remedies that do work, this is one that will never fail you! It helped me a lot, and I am 100% certain that it will do the same for you. So get rid of the awful pain and those nasty gallstones with this miraculous natural cleanse.
